Follow up – Legal Dispute between A Young Woman and Gree’s President

Regarding the legal dispute between Gree’s president, Mr. Yoshikazu Tanaka and a woman in her twenties, Tokyo District Court set schedule for the examination. A Japanese web media, Sakura Financial News reported.

The palimony case, numbered 3989 (WA) in Heisei 26 Nen at Tokyo District Court, was filed by Mr. Tanaka’s ex-girlfriend and claims to pay JPY 30 million to her.

Satoishi Terashima and Yasunori Nakamura, both with Eiwa Sogo will serve as a plaintiff’s counsel. Airo Inoue with Mori Hamada & Matsumoto will defend Mr. Tanaka.

Mr. Tanaka’s examination is scheduled at 10 a.m. on September 8 in room 712 of Tokyo District Court. The ex-girlfriend’s examination will start after Tanaka’s, from 10:45 a.m. at the same venue.
